John Mathew (ROY)
The Managing Director and Founder holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is involved in the business development and corporate relationship functions of Charms Group. He has won over many a heart and is primarily responsible for Charms' current heights as a premier real estate developer. He has established a charitable trust and is also an active participant in many social activities. For his enormous contributions towards the development of Thane district, he was awarded "Lokmat Icon of Thane" for the year 2013 by the Lokmat Media.

Dhirubhai Patel
The Managing Director and Founder holds a graduate degree and is responsible for corporate planning and all business development functions. He is a pioneer of new trends in the market and believes in doing right things at the right time in the right way. With this conviction and his excellence, he has perfected the art of creating an identity and emerging in the competitive market. He is able to get well-versed with the market trends and forms a pace to grow in all that he ventures.
